Who founded Malviya Factual Communication, and what was the vision behind it?

Malviya Factual Communication was founded by Mr. Sunil Malviya, our visionary Founder & Managing Director. His aim was to establish a PR agency that could navigate the unique challenges faced by businesses during the pandemic, a time when traditional media outlets were often less accessible. Understanding that the COVID-19 crisis necessitated a shift in communication strategies, he recognized that Digital PR became essential for companies to effectively share their announcements and important updates. Mr. Malviya believed that every brand has a unique story, and he was committed to helping organizations leverage digital platforms to communicate their messages clearly and effectively, ensuring they remained connected with their audiences in an ever-evolving landscape.

What inspired you to start Malviya Factual Communication during such tough times?

We recognized the urgent need for businesses to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. The pandemic pushed many companies to rethink their strategies, and we saw an opportunity to support them through Digital Public Relations. Our goal was to help businesses navigate these tough times, using the creativity and resilience that India is known for.

Many businesses were hesitant to trust new PR agencies. How did you win them over?

It was not easy at first. Many businesses were unsure about working with new agency, especially during a time of financial difficulty. We aimed to be a reliable partner for our clients. We believed that, “Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.” By showing dedication and proving our commitment through our work, we gained their trust step by step.

You’ve completed over 5,000 projects. What is your secret to combining traditional PR with modern digital strategies?

We believe in a balanced approach. Traditional media still plays an important role, and we feel it should not be ignored. The most successful brands use both traditional and digital strategies. By merging these methods, we create campaigns that connect well with different audiences. It’s all about telling stories that resonate with people.
