Q1. First of all, tell us about Radha Wood. What exactly is the brand about?

Sachin Raj:

Radha Wood is a modern handcrafted wall décor and interior art brand. We mainly manufacture luxury wall arts, wooden décor panels, LED wall décor, modern interior pieces, and customized handcrafted products.

But honestly, for us, Radha Wood is much more than products.

It is an emotion.

We started this brand with a simple vision — to create authentic handcrafted modern wall art that can truly transform homes and spaces into luxurious environments.

Today people don’t just want decoration. They want personality in their interiors. They want warmth, aesthetics, and a feeling when they enter a room. That is exactly what we try to create through our designs.

Q2. How and when did the journey of Radha Wood begin?

Sachin Raj:

The journey officially started in 2019 in Dibai, Uttar Pradesh.

Initially, we were working mainly in manufacturing and wholesale. At that time, we were supplying products locally and working on improving our craftsmanship, designs, finishing quality, and manufacturing process.

Back then, the setup was very small. We did not have huge resources or a big team. But we had a dream.

The dream was to show the potential of Indian-made products and Indian craftsmanship to the world.

Over time, with hard work and consistency, we kept growing step by step.

Then in 2025, we officially entered the online and D2C space through our website www.radhawood.com and multiple eCommerce platforms.

That became a major turning point for the company.

Q3. You are known as both a digital marketer and an artist. How did these two skills help you build the brand?

Sachin Raj:

I think this combination became one of the biggest strengths behind Radha Wood.

As an artist, I naturally understand creativity, colors, balance, interior aesthetics, and emotional design. I always wanted our products to feel different from mass-produced décor items.

At the same time, being a digital marketer helped me understand customer psychology, branding, social media, SEO, eCommerce growth, and online visibility.

Today, creating a great product is not enough. People also need to discover and trust your brand online.

So I combined both worlds:

  • art for emotional connection,
  • and marketing for global reach.

That balance helped Radha Wood grow much faster online.

Q4. What was the biggest challenge during the early days?

Sachin Raj:

There were many challenges honestly.

When you start from a small town, people often underestimate your vision. Resources are limited. Manufacturing itself is not easy. Quality control, finishing, packaging, shipping, customer trust — everything takes time to build properly.

Another big challenge was making handcrafted products at a premium quality level consistently.

Handmade work needs patience.

Sometimes we redesigned products multiple times before finalizing them. Sometimes we worked late nights continuously just to improve small details.

But I believe consistency always wins eventually.

Q5. Today Radha Wood is shipping worldwide. Did you imagine this growth when you started?

Sachin Raj:

To be honest, the dream was always global.

I always believed Indian brands can compete internationally if they focus on:

  • quality,
  • branding,
  • innovation,
  • and customer experience.

Today we provide PAN India delivery and worldwide shipping. Our products are reaching customers in multiple countries, and that feels amazing because it proves Indian craftsmanship has global demand.

We have now served more than 5000 customers, and many interior designers and home décor companies are also connected with us for sourcing products for their projects and work sites.

That trust means a lot to us.

Q6. What makes Radha Wood products different from other wall décor brands?

Sachin Raj:

I think the biggest difference is authenticity.

We don’t create products only to fill walls.

We create products to create emotions and atmosphere.

Every product is designed with the idea that when someone enters a room, they should feel something special.

Our focus is always on:

  • modern aesthetics,

Sachin Raj:

Yes, the home décor market is changing very fast globally.

  • and personalized interiors.

Customers want their homes to feel calm, aesthetic, and unique.

Q8. Tell us about the team behind Radha Wood.

Sachin Raj:

We have a very hardworking team.

Currently, we are connected with more than 25 artists and their supporting teams. Some are experienced artists, while many are learners who are growing with us.

For us, teamwork is extremely important.

Every person in the company has a role:

  • designing,
  • cutting,
  • finishing,
  • packaging,
  • customer handling,
  • logistics,
  • marketing,
  • and quality checking.

That is why I always say Radha Wood is not only a brand — it is a family.

Q9. We heard the company is also involved in charity and social work?

Sachin Raj: Yes.

One thing I strongly believe is that business should also create positive impact for society.

Radha Wood donates around 30% of profits toward charity work and is connected with multiple NGOs across Vrindavan and Uttar Pradesh.

Helping people gives real satisfaction.

Growth becomes meaningful only when you can support others too.

Q10. Radha Wood has also received awards and recognition. Tell us about that.

Sachin Raj:

Yes, we have received recognition and awards from Indian and state government organizations as well as various federations.

Those moments feel good because they remind us that our hard work is being noticed.

But honestly, for us the biggest achievement is still customer trust and customer happiness.

When customers send photos of our products installed in their homes and tell us their space feels beautiful now — that feeling is priceless.

Q11. What is your long-term vision for Radha Wood?

Sachin Raj:

Our vision is very clear.

We want Radha Wood to become a globally recognized Indian luxury décor brand.

At the same time, we want to continue supporting:

  • Indian artists,
  • handcrafted manufacturing,
  • modern Indian creativity,
  • and authentic design culture.

We want people around the world to proudly choose Indian-made luxury wall décor products.

This is not only about business growth.

Q12. Finally, what message would you like to give young entrepreneurs and artists?

Sachin Raj:

Never underestimate small beginnings.

You don’t need a huge city or massive investment to start something meaningful.

If you stay consistent, improve daily, and genuinely care about quality, growth eventually comes.

And most importantly — don’t ignore creativity.

Today people connect emotionally with originality and authenticity more than ever before.
